18th Place: Dora Coyle ($11,267)

Play has tightened up with so much on the line. Only one elimination has taken place so far this level but it was certainly as a dramatic one as Dora Coyle hit the rail in one of the stranger hands of the night.

Coyle open-shoved for 460,000 from early position and action folded to Adam Fathabadi who tossed in 125,000, not realizing Coyle was all-in. The floor ruled that Fathabadi could surrender the 125,000 or call the all-in. Fatahabadi ended up calling only to have Gints Galvins re-shove on his direct left. With only 260,000 behind, Fatahabadi called to create a three-way all-in.

Coyle was far behind with A4♠ and Fatahabadi wasn’t faring that much better with A♠J against the QQ♣ of Galvins.

Sure enough, the A♣ came on the flop to put Fatahabadi in the lead. The rest of the board ran dry and Fatahabadi is now up to over 1,850,000 following the pot. For his part, Galvins took the beat in stride and is now down to 1,950,000.
