PNIA Main Event (Day 2): More Big Stacks Looking For Max Gains

Level 19 (2,000/4,000/500)
Total PNIA Main Event Entries: 1,224
Total Players Remaining: 162
Chip Average: 151,000

As we noted on our first post, we missed a few key players in our Day 1 coverage and now take that theme toward the top of the leaderboard. All of these players bagged elite stacks and have already started to build higher on Day 2.

Jamie Strickland bagged just under 300,000 last night and is already over that total on Day 2. Strickland is seated on the direct left of fellow big stacks Michael Dentale and Johanssy Joseph which may lead to some big pots as we move toward the money bubble.
Abhishek Sikri came on strong to bag well over the chip average last night and has continued that torrid pace today. Sikri cashed in January’s WSOP Circuit event at Choctaw and has his eyes set on cashing once again in a Grand Theater finale.
Andrew Watson finished right behind Jeremy Meacham on the Day 1A leaderboard with 325,000. Watson is contending with the start of day chip leader Anthony Bogard on Table 6 along with past Choctaw Champion Josh Vizcarra as Watson looks to improve on his second place finish to Chan Pelton in a 2015 Choctaw Main Event.
