PNIA Main Event (Day 2): Money Bubble Bursts, Stacks Starting To Build High

Level 20 (2,500/5,000/500)
Total PNIA Main Event Entries: 1,224
Total Players Remaining: 135
Chip Average: 181,000

After a relatively short money bubble period, the remaining 135 players are in the money. With the everyone still left in the field guaranteed a payday, the race to the final table is officially on. Chips have been flying around in the early going and a few players have accumulated a bunch with intention of gathering even more.

Gints Galvins started today with only 60,000 but has more than quintupled that total so far today. Today marks Galvins first Choctaw Main Event cash after notching a smaller score during the January WSOP Circuit series.
Andre “Ace” Allen eliminated former Choctaw Champion Chan Pelton more or less on the direct money bubble and boosted his stack up to 350,000 as a result. The Kansas City native is coming off of a RunGood Series Main Event cash in his hometown and pushing for another deep run in the PNIA bird.
Jonathan Alfonso is nearing the 400,000 chip mark and closing in on one of the top spots on the leaderboard. Nearly all of Alfonso’s $102,000 in career earnings have come at Choctaw and a final table run would earn Alfonso his largest career score.
