Bart Bogard is the first player to cross the 1,500,000 as he is once again the tournament chip leader.

The fluctuation on top of the chip leaderboard has been well-established but there is a little bit more order in place now as Bart Bogard has retaken the lead. Bogard started the day with 461,000 and is now over 1,500,000 following the elimination of a player.

From early position, Bogard opened to 45,000 and his opponent three-bet jammed for 193,000 on Bogard’s direct left. Bogart found a call and was a slight underdog with KQ against the A♣J♠ from the all-in player.

The Q♣3♣3♠ flop surged Bogard ahead and he was able to hold through the turn and river. Bogard may be on top but he faces stiff competition in staying there with Todd Breyfogle and Johannsy Joseph sharing the same space until the three-table redraw.
